Our lovely bookers are available to schedule an appointment or answer any questions that you may have during our regular business hours. Calling during those hours will get you the fastest service. A valid credit card number is required to guarantee an appointment. If you should call when Wonderland is closed, be sure to leave a clear message indicating your name, telephone number, stylist you wish to see, when you would like to visit, and the service(s) that you would like to receive. We will call you back to let you know if your desired time is available or to suggest alternate times. Please understand that leaving a message does not mean that the appointment has been made. The appointment has been made only when you speak directly with our reception staff.
Whether it’s a birthday, Valentine’s Day, or just an “I-love-my-friend-and-want-them-to-look-great” day, it’s a perfect day to present your friends and loved ones with a gift certificate to Wonderland. Available in any denomination your heart desires.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices and hours of service are subject to change without notice.
So that we may better and more fairly accommodate guests on our waiting list, if you must cancel or change the time of your appointment, we respectfully request that you call us at least 24 hours advance, during Wonderland’s business hours. Appointments made one day in advance or on the same day are considered final and may not be canceled. If you must cancel without 24 hours notice or do not show up on the day of your appointment, please understand that we will have to charge your credit card for the services booked.
We receive many inquiries about gratuities. If you are happy with the service that you have received from your stylist and are pleased as punch with your new ‘do, then a 15%–20% tip is the norm. In addition, stylists’ assistants are tipped for their service. In general, assistants are tipped $5 for a shampoo with cut; $7-$10 for a single process; $15-$20 for highlights. Further, if an assistant blows your hair out, that means that you have “Gotten Lucky” and therefore will not be charged for the service. Please keep in mind that although you are receiving the service with our compliments, the assistant would still be ever so appreciative of a gratuity. For your convenience, tip envelopes are available at the reception desk. You may leave the envelopes with our receptionists, who will make sure that the appropriate staff members receive their tips. Please know that gratuities are greatly appreciated. They serve as a barometer by which our stylists may gage our guests’ satisfaction.
